Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as 'these Terms') define the terms and conditions for using the services provided by TabManageFinder (hereinafter referred to as 'the Service'). Registered users (hereinafter referred to as 'Users') are required to use this service in accordance with these Terms.
Article 1 (Application)
These Terms shall apply to all relationships between Users and the Service regarding the use of this service.
In addition to these Terms, the Service may establish various rules and regulations (hereinafter referred to as 'Individual Provisions') regarding the use of this service. These Individual Provisions shall constitute a part of these Terms, regardless of their names.
Article 2 (User Registration)
In this service, registration is completed when a prospective user applies for registration by the method prescribed by the Service, agreeing to these Terms, and the Service approves the application.
The Service may not approve an application for user registration if it determines that the applicant has any of the following reasons, and shall have no obligation to disclose the reasons:
- When false information is provided in the application for user registration
- When the application is from a person who has violated these Terms
- When the Service otherwise determines that user registration is not appropriate
Article 3 (Management of User ID and Password)
Users shall appropriately manage the user ID and password of this service at their own responsibility.
Users may not, under any circumstances, transfer or lend their user ID and password to third parties, or share them with third parties. The Service shall deem the use of a user ID and password combination that matches the registered information as use by the user who registered that user ID.
Article 4 (Fees and Payment Method)
Users shall pay the usage fees, as separately determined by the Service and displayed on this website, as compensation for the paid portions of this service, by the method specified by the Service.
This service offers a 1-week free trial period. After the free period ends, it will automatically transition to a paid plan (¥300 per month).
If a user delays payment of usage fees, the user shall pay late payment damages at a rate of 14.6% per year.
Article 5 (Prohibited Acts)
Users shall not engage in the following acts when using this service:
- Acts that violate laws and regulations or public order and morals
- Acts related to criminal activity
- Acts that infringe copyrights, trademark rights, or other intellectual property rights contained in the content of this service
- Acts that destroy or interfere with the servers or networks of the Service, other users, or other third parties
- Acts of commercially using information obtained through this service
- Acts that may interfere with the operation of the Service
- Acts of unauthorized access or attempts to do so
- Acts of collecting or accumulating personal information about other users
- Acts of using this service for fraudulent purposes
- Acts that cause disadvantage, damage, or discomfort to other users of this service or other third parties
- Acts of impersonating other users
- Acts of advertising, publicity, solicitation, or business activities on this service not authorized by the Service
- Acts aimed at meeting unfamiliar persons of the opposite sex
- Acts of providing benefits directly or indirectly to antisocial forces in connection with the Service
- Other acts that the Service deems inappropriate
Article 6 (Suspension of Service Provision)
The Service may suspend or interrupt the provision of all or part of this service without prior notice to users if it determines that any of the following reasons exist:
- When performing maintenance, inspection, or updates of the computer system for this service
- When provision of this service becomes difficult due to force majeure such as earthquakes, lightning, fire, power outages, or natural disasters
- When computers or communication lines, etc., are stopped due to an accident
- When the Service otherwise determines that provision of this service is difficult
Article 7 (Restriction of Use and Deletion of Registration)
The Service may, without prior notice, restrict all or part of a user's use of this service or delete the user's registration if the user falls under any of the following:
- When violating any of the provisions of these Terms
- When it is found that there are false facts in the registered information
- When there is non-performance of payment obligations such as fees
- When there is no response to communications from the Service for a certain period of time
- When there has been no use of this service for a certain period from the last use
- When the Service otherwise determines that use of this service is not appropriate
Article 8 (Withdrawal)
Users may withdraw from this service by following the withdrawal procedures prescribed by the Service.
Article 9 (Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability)
The Service makes no express or implied warranties that this service is free from factual or legal defects (including defects, errors and bugs related to safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, fitness for a particular purpose, security, etc., and infringement of rights).
The Service shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users arising from this service. However, this disclaimer shall not apply if the contract (including these Terms) between the Service and the user regarding this service constitutes a consumer contract as defined in the Consumer Contract Act.
Article 10 (Changes to Service Content)
The Service may change the content of this service or discontinue the provision of this service without notice to users, and shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users as a result.
Article 11 (Changes to Terms of Service)
The Service may change these Terms at any time without notice to users when deemed necessary. If a user begins using this service after changes to these Terms, the user shall be deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms.
Article 12 (Handling of Personal Information)
The Service shall appropriately handle personal information acquired through the use of this service in accordance with the Service's 'Privacy Policy'.
Article 13 (Notices or Communications)
Notices or communications between users and the Service shall be made by the method prescribed by the Service. Unless the Service receives a notice of change in accordance with the method separately prescribed by the Service from a user, the Service shall deem the currently registered contact information to be valid and shall send notices or communications to that contact information, which shall be deemed to have reached the user at the time of transmission.
Article 14 (Prohibition of Transfer of Rights and Obligations)
Users may not transfer their position under the service contract, or rights or obligations under these Terms, to third parties, or provide them as security, without the prior written consent of the Service.
Article 15 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
In the event of any dispute arising in connection with this service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Service's head office shall have exclusive agreed jurisdiction.
